  • How do I book onto the group sessions?

    • Please contact Lucy directly to book  for both group and individual sessions, for any element of the Ride Fit Equestrian offering

  • What do I need to bring to the Feel Fit Classes?

    • Please bring a comfortable mat/blanket to lie on and Ride Fit will provide everything else that you need 

  • What do I wear to the Feel Fit Classes?

    • Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercising in. It is up to you whether to wear shoes, but if you would like to wear shoes then please bring trainers or something suitable to exercise in

  • I would like to join a Feel Fit or Think Fit Class but you are half way through a 6 part series, what shall I do?

    • Please contact us directly, and if we have spaces then you are more than welcome to join us for the remaining classes

  • Do you need to be good at pilates or have a base fitness level to join the class?

    • No! We have made the class sizes small, and the exercises can have multiple variations so that everyone can benefit

  • I would really like to join in, but can't make the group sessions, is there anything I can do?

    • We would gladly run additional group sessions providing there is sufficient interest - please contact Lucy to discuss

  • Is it just dressage riders who will benefit from Ride Fit Equestrian?

    • All riders can benefit from the principles of strength, stability and speed of reaction, whether they are eventers, jockeys, dressage riders, horse-ball and polo players or happy hackers.
