We are a friendly bunch of a variety of ages and abilities, and always welcome new people. Sessions are run weekly in six week blocks.
Having damaged my discs in my lower back several years ago and as a result being very stiff on one side - I have found that the exercise classes have really helped to straigten me and loosen up each side so that they are more even. To then be able to use the same exercises when I ride has been very beneficial. The class exercises are simple but have brought about long reaching and lasting improvements, long after the class has finished.
